So I wrote a paragraph and it ended with a lyric and the next thought was I must unpack the music. Then I wrote another paragraph and it ended with another lyric and the next thought was I must unpack the music. Then I thought of naming the new blog that starts with the new living space (a habit I seem to be continuing in this life - starting a new blog with every new living space, that is... also with majot changes, without traumatic or ecstatic, but that's another path to explore another time) Paragraphs and found the name taken. Well, the address is taken. Another blog name/address going unused. singular was even worse. There oughta be a law.
Anyway, I started exploring alternatives and found that a life in paragraphs is also taken by someone who has been on Blogger since July 2008 and yet it does not even have a post. She calls it second generations, so maybe there is a first generation somewhere not linked to the second generation that is dormant. Talk about a generation gap. Next I tried life in paragraphs and found two entries from May 2008. Maybe they are the same person with two accounts. The second account has a photo of a teenager from Ontario, Canada and a hotmail email address ending in 1997. I think I was thrown out of Canada in 1997, but that's another story for another time.
Finding the right name for a blog is a painstaking effort in futility at times, mostly because so many people have stacked out good blog names and do not use them. It is the fact that the names are not being used that is the pain. Wasted words is almost as sad as wasted time and once again, I digress. Some consider digression a waste of time, but you may not share that perspective and should you enjoy digression as much as I do, well, where have you been all my life. I shall not lament about not finding the one just yet, but give me time. This page does have a topic, after all, and it is time we returned to it. So I continued searching (at least that person admitted the malady for leaving a blog dormant) for names.
I pondered the first idea and read the two entries in the blog called Paragraphs and realized I would most likely confuse or even offend or anger some people if I gave the impression that I was going to write paragraphs in any sort of formal English language rulebook use of the word which lead me to realize I do not write paragraphs as much as I write paragraphs of a sort and here we are.
A bit later I found that Paragraphs of a Life was not taken so I registered it too. Perhaps that is how good blog names get taken and never used. I shall attempt not to create that pain. I also found that both A Paragraph Life and Paragraph Life were available, but for some reason Blogger would not allow me to create either. Have I reached some Blogger limit? Well, anyway, that's the story of the name of this blog (at least so far).
